Life is beautiful, rich, and rewarding. Life is also met with adversity, strife, and difficulty. While we often lean on our friends and family for support, at times we find ourselves needing something more. Counseling is a space where clear, objective, reflective and caring support is available to help us to move forward. I support helping professionals experiencing depression and anxiety because of events based in secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, moral injury, intersectionality, and executive functioning difficulties, and vocational direction.
Drawing from DBT, ACT, and CBT methods, I strive to foster an environment where you are both supported and encouraged to develop effective strategies that lead to practical solutions.
